Security deposit

Please note that a security deposit of $300.00 will be collected at the time of arrival at the villa by the management company and this will be returned to you upon departure.

Pool Heating Charges

During the months of November to March pool heating is highly recommended. Pool heating is charged at $30.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days required.
